Heavenly Encounters was founded by DeCarmen Mitnaul. The artwork is inspired by God with her daughter Melany going to heaven to be with our heavenly father in 2023. Art had always been one of her talents, but it accelerated after her daughter went to heaven. Looking at the paintings gave her peace to know her daughter was in heaven. Then most of the clothing brand designs, sayings and creativity came from God through dreams.
